Running Goped and a Skaterx in a box - $450 (Reno)

Running Goped project with 49cc engine.
and rear suspension, it runs, drives and hauls a 230 lb guy up hills no problem, needs new cables and the handle bars should be probably be changed to be 100 percent.
motor came from the board, only has a few hours on the motor.
board got wrecked when new.
the board is mostly there.
the motor in the box is a Zenoah 20 something cc originally from the the goped, it has good compression.
should run.
selling all together for 450.
00 i have seen the skaterx on ebay all fixed up selling for $1200, could be a good project for someone.
