This Futon has been at the base of my bed frame and used very little for sitting and laying down.
Its in excellent condition, very comfortable, folds down for a second sleeping position.
The seat section lifts up and provides lots of bedding type storage.
Perfect for a guest room, studio.
The pics show the exterior material is a soft tanned dark brown color.
NO Stains, NO Tears, NO Pets, NON Smoking.
Access to view and remove is 10' from doorway, but it's heavy so 2 people needed to move it.
Its in my way and I need to get it sold/moved out of my small house asap.
