We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to join our team.

Job Overview:
As a Training Manager at Tellworks Logistics, you will lead the development and implementation of training programs, primarily focusing on warehouse operational excellence objectives.
The ideal candidate is a proven relationship builder with strong communication skills, capable of driving change, and influencing at all levels.
The Training Program Manager will collaborate closely with management to identify, develop, implement, and maintain training programs on company policy, procedures, and work instructions.
This role offers a flexible and evolving nature, allowing you to contribute to the overall mission and needs of the team and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to identify training requirements and develop course materials, maintaining a central repository for training documentation.
Lead new employee orientation and onboarding, ensuring thorough training on company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with leadership and department heads to create and lead training programs, conducting sessions as required.
Develop and implement objective measurements of training program effectiveness, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay current on new training methods and techniques, integrating knowledge into future training sessions.
Recommend training materials and methods, maintaining approved in-house training equipment and facilities.
Drive change and improvement through training and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Formal credentials (bachelor’s degree or greater and relevant professional certifications) in a relevant field complemented by a history of success in leading continuous improvement through training and development.
Experience in warehousing operations and/or logistics is strongly preferred.
Experience in workplace training or communications, preferably in the warehousing or logistics industry.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels.
Rigorous attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with media equipment and systems.
Familiarity with learning management systems, instructional design, and e-learning platforms is beneficial.
Calm and flexible approach to handling pressure and stress in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse work groups and individuals.
Working Conditions:
Onsite attendance 5 days/week is expected (no remote/hybrid).
May require less than 25% travel to meet with clients, vendors, or internal stakeholders at various company locations (travel expenses reimbursed).
Interaction with internal and external customers and vendors.
May require additional or irregular hours to support company priorities and objectives.
Primary work location in a warehouse environment with exposure to hazards; adherence to all safety policies required.
